 Telnet issues this message as a result of a return
code error while attempting to ready a buffer for user input.

 TCPIP continues.

 Increase the buffer size by using the DATABUFFERPOOLSIZE
statement described in the z/OS Communications Server: IP Configuration
Reference.

 No action is needed.
