Explanation
 The Telnet server has received an incorrect message
while expecting either subnegotiation commands or Interpret As Command
(IAC) character. This message is displayed with EZA8246E.

 TCPIP continues.

 Check client machine for the syntax of the
command being submitted.

 No action is needed.
