Explanation
The SNMP Query Engine was encoding an SNMP TRAP PDU, but the SNMP
Query Engine could not allocate enough storage to build the presentation
element for the enterprise object ID. The SNMP TRAP PDU is discarded.

If the error persists, restart the SNMP Query Engine with a larger
region size.
