Can’t make raw ICMP socket - can't do PING
Explanation
 The SQE server encountered an error making the
PING port. SNMP Ping requests are unsuccessful.

System action
 Processing continues without the raw socket.

Operator response
 Check that the user is permitted to use RAW
sockets.

System programmer response
 If you are running on a system with
the RACF® program installed,
check that the SNMPQE user ID is authorized to the RACF. See the EZARACF sample shipped in SEZAINST
for sample RACF definitions.
 Restart
SNMPQE with debug level 4 to get detailed information about the problem.
