Explanation
 An error occurred during the creation of a Connection
Table entry for a new connection. The cause is either insufficient
storage available to create the buffers associated with the entry,
or a program logic error. Preceding messages in the SYSPRINT data
set indicate the exact nature of the error.

System action
 Processing continues; the connection attempt
is abnormally ended.

Operator response
 No action is needed.

System programmer response
 If preceding messages indicate insufficient
storage, increase the REGION size parameter for the SNALINK LU6.2
address space, and restart the address space.
