Add a LINK statement for each IUCV connection required between

Each of these connections should also be defined in the hlq.PROFILE.TCPIP
data set using DEVICE and LINK statements. If DEVICE and LINK statements
are added to the hlq.PROFILE.TCPIP data set, restart the TCPIP address
space.
