SMSG TRACE Output - Resolver Tracing Enabled 
Explanation
 You issued a MODIFY smtpprocname,SMSG,TRACE
command.  This message displays the output from the command.  This
command enables resolver tracing. The output of the resolver trace
is sent to the SMTP console. The MODIFY smtpprocname,SMSG,TRACE
command has the same effect as adding the TRACE RESOLVER option to
the TCPIP.DATA data set.
