Explanation
 If the RULE keyword for the rule number specified
in message EZA5393I contains a syntax error, this message appears
when SMTP parses the SMTP.RULES data set.

System action
 The SMTP server is halted until the error is
corrected.

Operator response
 No action is needed.

 Correct the keyword syntax error.
