Explanation
 The IP address specified for the LISTENONADDRESS
statement in the hlq.SMTP.CONFIG
data set is not valid. The address specified must match an existing
HOME IP address as defined in the HOME statement of the hlq.TCPIP.PROFILE
data set.

System action
 The SMTP server is halted until the error is
corrected.

Operator response
 Refer this message to the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Correct the LISTENONADDRESS statement
with a valid HOME IP address or add the IP address defined in the hlq.SMTP.CONFIG
data set to the HOME statement of the hlq.TCPIP.PROFILE
