In SECURE mode, POSTMASTER address must be a valid local
userid
Explanation
If you have entered a SECURE statement in your hlq.SMTP.CONFIG
data set, then the POSTMASTER statement you use must take the form
of a valid local user ID. You cannot enter a user address if you are
in the SECURE mode.

System action
The SMTP server is halted until the error is corrected.

Operator response
No action is needed.

System programmer response
Make sure to enter only one valid local user ID in your POSTMASTER
statement, then reinitialize SMTP. See also message EZA5312I.
