An incorrect value was used for the RESOLVERRETRYINT statement in hlq.SMTP.CONFIG. This statement specifies the number of minutes SMTP waits between attempts to resolve domain names. The value for the RESOLVERRETRYINT statement must be between 0 and 1440 minutes. SMTP uses 20 minutes for the value of the RESOLVERRETRYINT statement.
