An incorrect value for the RETRYAGE statement in hlq.SMTP.CONFIG was used. The value must be between 0 and 365 days. The RETRYAGE statement specifies the number of days after which SMTP returns mail as undeliverable. SMTP uses 3 days as the value for the RETRYAGE statement.
