Explanation
 This is a trace message that is issued to indicate
that the job is on the JES input  queue and is waiting to be started.
 A
job might be in this state for the following reasons:     A JES initiator was not started to process the submitted job class.

Other jobs might be running in this class that are preventing
this job from starting.

 In the message text:  n
The internal array index for the job.
jobnumber 
The  job number of the job that is being tracked.
jobstatus
The status returned by JES, which indicates the job is waiting.
