broadcast: ioctl (get interface configuration)
Explanation
The procedure getbroadcastnets(), which gets the
address of a network to broadcast a remote procedure, was unsuccessful
because of a negative return code received from the ioctl()
system call.  The ioctl() call controls the operating
characteristics of sockets.

No action is needed.

System programmer response
Check for the correct entries declared in the s, cmd,
and arg parameters of the ioctl() system call
and the parameters of the clnt_broadcast() call,
check that the network interface configuration is defined in an ifconf structure
