Explanation
 The UNIX System
Services rpcbind server issues this message when it has  completed
initialization and is ready to accept requests. 
 In the message
text: time
The time that the initialization was completed, in local time.
date
The date that the initialization was completed, in local time.

System action
 rpcbind continues.  

Operator response
 If  time and date are
accurate in local time, no action is required. Otherwise, notify the
system programmer.

System programmer response
 If  time and date do
not reflect the current local time and date, correct the  configuration
and start rpcbind again.  Local time is affected by time zone  information
such as: The TZ environment variable
The _TZ environment variable
The LC_TOD category
