CHMod filename is not a valid HFS file.  CHMod ignored
Explanation
 The file name specified on the CHMod parameter
of the LOCSITE subcommand was not an z/OS® UNIX file.  The CHMod parameter
is valid only for z/OS UNIX files.

System action
 The CHMod parameter is ignored.

Operator response
 Reissue the LOCSITE command with a valid
value specified for the file name on the CHMod parameter. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and
