ignored.
Explanation
RECFm parameter was already specified on the LOCSITE command. This
parameter can only be issued once per LOCSITE command. All occurrences
of the parameter after the first occurrence are ignored.

System action
parameter is set to the value specified the first time
the parameter was encountered.  The value specified for this
occurrence of parameter is ignored.

Operator response
If you want to change the parameter value to the value specified
by parameter=value, reissue the LOCSITE command with parameter=value as
the only occurrence of the parameter on the LOCSITE command.

System programmer response
No action is needed.
