 FTP is unable to mount the volume for the data
set temp. 

System action
 FTP rejects the current subcommand.  Processing
continues.

Operator response
 Issue the subcommand again. If the problem
persists, contact the system programmer with the error.

System programmer response
 Determine why the requested volume
cannot be mounted to the MVS™ system.
