Explanation
 The data set name specified in the LMKDIR subcommand
is in a volume that is not mounted. NOAUTOmount has been specified
in the SITE or LOCSITE subcommand. The NOAUTOMount parameter prevents
automatic mounting of data sets on volumes that are not mounted.

System action
 FTP continues.

Operator response
 Specify AUTOMount in the SITE and LOCSITE
subcommand to permit automatic mounting of data sets on volumes that
are not mounted. See the z/OS Communications Server: IP User's Guide and
Commands for more information.

System programmer response
 No action is needed.
