Explanation
 This message is issued in response to the LOCSTAT
subcommand when CHKCONFIDENCE TRUE is coded in the client's FTP.DATA.
It means that the confidence level in the successful completion of
transfers from or to the FTP client will be determined and reported
in message EZA2108I.
