that is not mounted and Noautomount is specified.
Explanation
 The local directory remains unchanged because
the directory name specified was not found in the mounted direct access
volume. The NOAUTOMount parameter can be specified in the SITE or
LOCSITE subcommands.  NOAUTOMount prevents automatic mounting of direct
access volumes.

 FTP continues.
