srestart not supported for mode mode
Explanation
An srestart subcommand was issued to restart
a file transfer, but the current mode is not valid for srestart.
  Only stream mode is valid for srestart. 

mode is the current mode.

System action
 FTP stops processing srestart and prompts
for another subcommand.

Operator response
If stream mode was in effect during the original file transfer,
issue the mode stream subcommand to change the mode to stream and
issue srestart again.  If stream mode was not
in effect during the original file transfer, you cannot use srestart to restart the file transfer.

System programmer response
No action is needed.
