Explanation
 This message is written to the client as well
as the syslog file. Select uses bit masks of file descriptors in longs.
 FD_SETSIZE is defaulted to 2048.
 description describes
the error.
 errnojr is the hexadecimal UNIX System Services reason code.
The format of the 4-byte reason code is explained in the introduction
to the reason codes (Errnojrs) chapter of
the z/OS UNIX System Services Messages and Codes, where the reason codes are listed.
