MODIFY COMMAND IGNORED - NO VALUE WAS SPECIFIED FOR trace
Explanation
 A MODIFY command was issued to the FTP server
to change the values for the FTP general trace or for the FTP extended
trace.  No trace value was specified.  A command to change a trace
 must have at least one value specified.
 trace is
the trace that is being changed and can be one of the following:  DEBUG
FTP general trace
DUMP
FTP extended trace

System action
 The command is ignored.

Operator response
 Verify that the MODIFY command was entered
correctly.   See the z/OS Communications Server: IP Diagnosis Guide for information about diagnosing FTP server
problems with traces and for the values of the DEBUG and DUMP parameters
of the MODIFY command.
