Explanation

 sessionID uniquely
identifies the FTP session between a client and a server.  Message
EZYFS50I is the first message in the log for this session ID. 
 action indicates
whether a new file was created during allocation or an existing file
was used. The values for action are the following:  Create
A new file was created.
Use
An existing file was used.

 filename is the full z/OS UNIX file
name.
