Explanation
 The terminal ID was found to be outside expected
range. It is either negative or greater than the maximum number of
Telnet server connections.  The return code is set to -5.

System action
  Control is returned to the TNSTMAS routine,
where the session is terminated.

Operator response
 Notify the system programmer of the error.

System programmer response
 Make sure that the terminal ID is
