Stale NFS file handle (ESTALE)
Explanation
 The Network File System (NFS) is unable to mount
the MVS™ data set because the
file handle that points to the data set no longer exists, or access
to it has been revoked.  Under NFS, each data set is referenced by
the client through a file handle, which is a 32-bit identifier field.

System action
 The socket call abends.  TCPIP continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Use the MOUNT command to update the
