 The socket call fails.  TCPIP continues.

 Correct the arguments to the call.
 Reinitiate the application.
 If you are still unable to determine
the cause of the problem, create the problem again with CTRACE option
SOCKET active. Contact the IBM® Software
Support Center with the original message and the traces.
