The isolated pacing response (IPR) code
IUCV name or descriptor name

 This message appears when socket tracing is not in effect (when
socket tracing is specified, other messages convey the same information
as this one, therefore this message is not generated.)

System action
 TCPIP continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 If the error can be reproduced, set trace
socket to active in the TCPIP.DATA configuration file and rerun
the application. The traces provide more information about the internal
operations of socket functions and might suggest a reason for the
error, or yield some better insight into the chronology of events
leading up to the error. After the error occurs, obtain a dump of
the VMCF address space. Contact the IBM® Software
Support Center with the original message, the traces, and the dump.
