Hung VMCF Interrupt scheduled for ASID
Explanation
 This message indicates that TCPIP has encountered
a VMCF interrupt pending and the interrupt processing for the client
is not running.

System action
 TCPIP continues.  The VMCF interface is hung.

Operator response
 Refer this message to the system programmer.

System programmer response
 Reinitiate the VMCF interface and
reissue the interrupt if required.  If the problem continues, contact
the IBM® Software Support Center.
