Explanation
 This message displays if the debug option is used.
The MVS™ subsystem interface that
waits for a JES file was called.  The state of
the call could be Enable, which specifies to look for a file
or Disable, which specifies not to look for a file. If the
state indicated is Bad Post, then an error occurred while posting
the event control block (ECB).

 TCPIP continues.
