MUST FOLLOW VALID TYPE=ENTRY MACRO
Explanation
 Before coding the TYPE=PLU keyword in the EZAPPEFM
macro, there must be a TYPE=ENTRY keyword in a previous EZAPPEFM macro.
For more information on the TYPE keyword, see z/OS Communications Server: IP Network Print
Facility. The EZAPPEFM macro is not expanded.
