 The TYPE keyword is required for identifying the
function of the EZAPPEFM macro.  The 4 possible values are:  SYSDFLT
ENTRY
PLU
END

 For information on these values, see z/OS Communications Server: IP Network Print
Facility manual. The EZAPPEFM macro is not expanded.
