application
Explanation
 A connection request has been received for the
specified LU which is already active.

System action
 The system marks the LU as retryable and will
periodically attempt to open the LU.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Correct the startup parameter or
the routing file. Also, make sure the specified LU is not already
in use by another application.  For more information on the EXEC statement,
