Explanation
The specified link name is not defined in the driver. The PKTTRACE
LIST command can be used to display the defined link names for the
driver.  Note that SNALINK LU0 must have the IUCV connection open
for the LINK before it is recognized. The command is ignored. No changes
are made to any trace options.
