Explanation
The supplied IP address is not valid.  The address must be specified
in dotted decimal notation, with exactly four octets, for example,
193.9.34.8, or the address can be specified as a single asterisk (*),
to denote all IP addresses. The command is ignored.  No changes are
made to any trace options.

Reenter the PKTTRACE command, specifying a valid IP address.
