- For some invocations of the assembler utility
- For RECEIVE FROMNETWORK and RECEIVE FROMNTS command processing

Note: - BLKSIZE must not exceed 32760.
- Do not specify BLKSIZE=0. SMP/E does not support system-determined
block size (SDB) for this data set.
- If the BLKSIZE value is omitted or invalid, SMP/E uses a default
of 3200.
