The ddname for a target library should match the low-level qualifier
of the data set name. For example, the ddname for SYS1.LINKLIB should
be LINKLIB.
Use
Target libraries contain updated versions of macros, source
modules, and load modules that were stored during APPLY or RESTORE
processing. They are the libraries used for your running system. You
must provide a DDDEF entry or DD statement for each target library
that is being processed.
