Notes:

XZLMOD is valid only for a target zone.
XZLMODP is valid only for a target zone.

Note:

After UCLIN changes are made, the MOD entry must contain at least these subentries, unless the entire entry has been deleted:
- DISTLIB
- FMID
- RMID
XZLMOD and XZLMODP subentries are valid only for target zone entries.
ALIGN2 can also be specified as ALN2.
AMODE=value can also be specified as AMOD=value.
NOCALL can also be specified as NCAL.
REUSE(NONE) is mutually exclusive with REFR and RENT, as well as REUS.
RMODE=value can also be specified as RMOD=value.
