SMP/E checks to determine whether the distribution library (DLIB) for the module has been totally copied to a target system library. (SMP/E makes this determination by looking for a target zone DLIB entry describing the module's DLIB.) If this is the case, SMP/E creates a load module on the target library having the same name as the module's name, if one does not already exist. An INCLUDE statement is generated for the module, but no INCLUDE statement is generated for the current version of the load module.
