If you specify DUMPON or DUMPRPL and DUMPOFF on
the same DEBUG command, these operands are processed in the order
they occur. If you specify the same dump point on both operands, the
last specification is used.
DEBUG commands are generally used in pairs. The first one starts
DEBUG processing and the second stops it. However, the second DEBUG
command is not required if SMP/E is to do the same DEBUG processing
for all the commands following the DEBUG command.
