Like most Windows applications, you can uninstall HCM using the
standard Windows uninstall feature. Or, you can use the Uninstall function provided by HCM from the program folder IBM Hardware Configuration Manager.
Note: - Uninstalling HCM only removes those folders and files that were
originally installed by HCM. If you added files after the installation,
for example physical description files (PDFs), these files and their
associated folders are not removed. If desired, remove these files
or folders manually. Also, your HCM configuration files are not deleted
and you can keep them for later use.
- The EEQHCM.INI file is not deleted when you uninstall HCM.
