The string interfaces for a selected string are shown in the Interfaces section of the Edit String dialog. Click on the Order Interfaces… button to open the Order String Interfaces dialog. You can then re-order the string interfaces by moving them from the Current Order list box to the New Order list box. See Ordering objects for an example of an ordering dialog.
