If you have problems after starting the installation program, first check to see whether your files have been corrupted. It may be necessary to download them again in binary mode and retry the installation. If this does not help, obtain the current host PTF once more and install it. Download the files again and retry the installation. If this still does not solve your problem, contact IBM.
