HCM offers a Copy Operating System Configuration wizard to let you copy a source operating system configuration to a new target operating system configuration. All EDT definitions (and their esoterics) of the source and all device connections are copied to the target OS configuration.
You can invoke this wizard from the Copy… button in the Operating System Configurations dialog (which you reach by selecting OS Configurations… from the Edit menu bar choice).
You only need to specify the name and optionally a description for the target OS configuration. You cannot change the type of the source OS configuration.
