HCM offers a Copy Eligible Device Table wizard to let you copy an EDT. All esoteric device group definitions and all device connections of the source EDT are also copied to the target EDT. The target EDT must not yet exist. It may be a member of the same or of a different OS configuration as the source EDT.
To invoke this wizard, open the Operating System Configurations dialog (which you reach by selecting OS Configurations… from the Edit menu bar choice). Then select an EDT and press the Copy… button.
To create the target EDT, the wizard queries the required information, which is basically the same as when creating a new EDT:
