Description:
Indicate a low severity check exception when the sum of the assigned
storage-class memory (SCM) for structures allocated in a coupling
facility (CF) exceeds the total SCM configured to the CF. This could
be an indicator of a possible over- commitment of SCM by the coupling
facility.
Reason for check:
It is recommended that the sum of the storage-class memory eligible
to be assigned to coupling facility structures should not exceed the
total SCM configuration for the coupling facility.
z/OS® releases the check
applies to:
z/OS V2R1 and later, or z/OS V1R13 with PTF for APAR OA40747
applied.

None.

on either a POLICY statement in the HZSPRMxx parmlib member or on
a MODIFY command. This statement may be copied and modified to override
the check defaults:
