Step for collecting problem data
- If the output is a data set, collect the following:
- All input data sets for the program
- Input macros, commands, and statements that are used to request
output from the program
- All output data sets produced by the program
- The job log
- If the output is a message, return code, or reason code, collect
the incorrect or incomplete message or code.
