Keep in mind that the TYPE option is generic. When you specify
either ZFS or HFS, the data set type is determined by the type of
the data set.
If the file system type that was specified on the mount does not match the type of the file system and it is changed, the PARM parameter used by the mount is not preserved. Restriction: zFS does not support the DDNAME() keyword on the BPXPRMxx ROOT and MOUNT parmlib statements. The FILESYSTEMNAME() keyword must be used instead. |
