Give each user a unique UID and have them use the su command to obtain the authority they need. You can give them the ability to use the su command by giving them READ authority to the BPX.SUPERUSER resource in the FACILITY class. Rule: To run SMP/E jobs, the user must have UID(0) or be permitted to the BPX.SUPERUSER resource in the FACILITY class.
